Collaboration, Support, and Networking

Partners/Sponsors

Encircle Films is grateful for opportunities to partner with organizations that support our mission of bringing important, informative, and action inspiring documentaries to the Eugene community.

As a non-profit organization, we rely on these relationships and actively seek sponsorships for individual film screenings throughout our seasons. These sponsorships help Encircle Films meet film rental and promotional costs. We also gratefully accept donations to support our efforts through the PayPal donation link on our website.

With your support, and that of our partners and sponsors, Encircle Films is able to continue our mission.

Please find a list of organizations here that we recognize and thank for their commitment to us.

The Art House is a vital partner for Encircle Films – this is our home! We began our journey bringing documentaries to Eugene 10 years ago at The Bijou, then moved to The Metro theater 5 years ago, and now we’re coming back to the Bijou’s new incarnation as Art House. We appreciate your loyalty in moving with us and we’re excited about the better viewing angles for all theater seats, improved sound system for panel discussions, and a lobby and courtyard that facilitates conversations before and after the films that Art House provides. And we’re thrilled to continue to support general manager Edward Schiessl as he creates a venue dedicated to community events. Being a girl can get tricky at any age, but 10-18 is a uniquely challenging time. To help, Ophelia’s Place offers girls the support they need to build resiliency, find their voices, and discover their strength. Many of our resources are free and online, but if you’re in Oregon, you may also find OP in your school or in your community. We help girls enhance their emotional health, manage life’s challenges, and learn about themselves. We also offer guidance for parents, teachers and peers, including boys. We do this with in-person classes, at our locations and in schools. Becoming more emotionally resilient and flexible not only helps girls, strong girls help us all.

CALC works to educate and organize for peace, human dignity, and social, racial and economic justice. CALC is still addressing many of the same issues that have defined it for decades: the struggle for racial justice, immigrant rights, economic justice and educational equity and opposing heterosexism, anti-Semitism and other isms. We’re challenging war, militarism and the drive for global hegemony, seeking to define true security as everyone having decent housing, education, food, work and health care.
